We offer free support to all of our customers via email, webinars, video content and our extensive knowledge base. RDS Pro & Medium Shop plans have access to our WhatsApp for Business channel and our Large Shop plan, comes with an account manager.

Any shipping label that is generated through RDS eCommerce, including return labels through our customer return portals, will be counted as a shipment and charged accordingly. Only shipments that are subsequently cancelled, before the end of the week that they were generated (Sunday 23:59:59 GMT), will not be charged at the full shipping rate and will only be charged at the ‘Label Rate’ cost. Reprinting an already registered shipping label is not counted as an additional shipment, but re-shipping an order, including ‘Duplicate’ of an existing label (as in, generating a new label) is counted.

We won’t charge you any additional fees outside of the subscription cost, and/or the quoted carriers rates at the point of booking. Should there be additional carrier charges, due to incorrect or incomplete booking data, or goods returned to sender for example, then these additional charges will be passed back. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of taxes & duties when shipping DDP.

Of course! If your peak plan suggests that volumes are likely to increase, then just get in touch and we’ll change your plan for you. Similarly, if volumes are forecast to go the other way, just let us know and we’ll flip you back.
Please note we cannot change plans once the month has started, so be sure to get in touch, before the 01st!

Again, of course! If we are not doing our job correctly, or circumstances change, we’re not going to tie you in. All we require is 7 days’ notice from the end of the month that you wish to cancel and we’ll make sure the following month’s subscription is not charged.

If you are using our discounted carrier contracts, we will invoice you for the week previous, towards the end of the following week. This gives us the opportunity to vet our carrier invoices, to make sure we have been charged, for what has been booked with RDS.
Monthly subscription fees, will be charged one week into the following month, based on the number of labels that have been generated the month previous.
